DAY 1

We meet at the starting point in Agua Buena Equestrian Center, where the trip and security details will be explained. After a 25 minute car ride we arrive at the starting point of the trek, where our guides will go through all the technical details and we will meet our horses. 


We will start our 3-hour climb to the first peak (cerro Alto las Plazas, 2200 mah), where we will enjoy a beautiful view and an unique. This peak is well-known for the majestic condors that circle the peak and we will have a unique perspective to admire these birds. We will now descend to our camp, passing by a beautiful meltwater lake, where we can enjoy the unusually warm water. We will then enjoy a freshly made barbecue and in the evening admire the beautiful night sky that can only be seen at the highest areas of the Andes.

Day 2

We spend this day riding across the beautiful Andean landscapes, returning to our camp for dinner and relaxing.

We will spend the lunch by the lake and descend the mountain at sunset, returning to the starting point at around 8:30 p.m. (Travel time approximately 3.5 hours).
